The suites are our largest and most luxurious rooms with multiple rooms. The cozy living room has a sitting area and an extra bathroom with toilet. The bedroom has an extra large king-size bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with jacuzzi for optimal relaxation. The suites are quietly located at the rear of the hotel and have the possibility to be connected to a Standard room to create a 'Family & Friends' room.

Great experience

The family room was really big, the bed was comfy and I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good. I will definitely consider to reserve here again during my future trips in Eindhoven. Highly recommended.

Great hotel in a good location

Very comfortable hotel centrally placed in Eindhoven. Perfect for exploring the city. Comfortable bedrooms with very friendly staff. Excellent location. Clean bedrooms and perfect for a holiday in the Netherlands. Nothing more to say

Crown Hotel saved my night.

Got stranded in Eindhoven after a Flixbus Journey ended unprompted at a gas station somewhere on a highway in the middle of the night without help. The very friendly Crown Hotel staff helped me to get good accommodation at a reasonable price fast, pointed me to the nearest still available restaurants and helped getting the most out of that very annoying situation. We liked the room, the bad, the fact that the room a full bath tub and coffee maker.

Opportunities for improvement

We have been to this hotel several times over the last 2 years. It is positioned very well from our point of view as tourists. Very close to the center and the employees are kind. It is also close to the train station and the bus station where the buses from the airport arrive. I recommend not staying in a room with a view of the casino on the right side of the hotel during the weekend. It's a continuous flow of loud people coming down that street from the city center. And this lasts until 4 in the morning. Including on the street in front of the hotel. On our last visit, I noticed that the hotel needs renovation. The walls, carpets and furniture in the room-the shower hose is leaking, the bathroom door handle is loosening, Also the spaces in the hallways. We were informed that room service is done every 3 days and not daily, but if we request, it can be done daily. Thus, on the next visit to Eindhoven we will choose another hotel.

Great hotel!

Really nice hotel, great location in the middle of the centrum. Beds where very comfortable and the rooms looks very nice!
